Non-self-priming vertical high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump in in-line design with integrated air-cooled frequency converter. The integrated frequency converter enables variable speed, pressure and PID control. Control modes *“Speed control”: Manually via Green Button or an external signal *Constant or variable pressure: Pressure control via sensor, setpoint configuration via Green Button or external signal *PID control: other constant control variables (temperature, volume flow, pressure…) with sensor, setpoint adjustment with Green Button, by means of external signals The electronic module offers various protective functions including overload protection, low-water recognition as well as safeguards for mains under or overvoltage, high ambient temperature, phase failure, blocked pumps and short-circuits. Error messages are output to the display. Input: *In1: Input, sensor signal 4 – 20 mA, 0 – 10 V, 0 – 20 mA or 2 – 10 V *In2: Input, setpoint 0 – 20 mA, 0 – 10 V, 4 – 20 mA or 2 – 10 V Output: *Voltage output +24 V with max. contact strength of 60 mA *Potential-free collective run and fault signals *External On/Off mode. Infrared communication *Slot for Wilo-IF modules Modbus, BACnet, CAN, PLR, LON for connection to the building automation The pump and motor shafts are connected via clamp coupling. A special lantern ball bearing ensures optimum admission of axial thrusts. The pump is suitable for water supply and boosting, industrial circulation systems, process water and cooling water circulation systems, fire-fighting systems, washing systems and irrigation. It can also be used in washing systems as well as for irrigation.
